Kiisha Jennings had the pleasure of supporting the GME team at the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council's Capital Readiness Summit event at Bowie State University. This was a great opportunity for GME as a CRMSDC MBE certified entity.
At the Summit, GME engaged with many industry leaders, small business affiliates, and matchmaking sessions. These sessions included AARP, Capital One, Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company, Amazon, Bloomberg Industry Group, Fannie Mae, Northrop Grumman, Pearson, T. Rowe Price, WSSC (Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission), and Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity.

This event was held at George Mason University in Arlington, VA, support of Small Business Week!
The Meet Your Business Resources Symposium provided an opportunity to connect with the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority (VSBFA), several federal, state, and local government agencies, NGO resources designed to help grow your business.
Great way to grow those small business and government agency connections!
2024 Small Business National Training Conference

The GME Enterprises team has been on the road, from Maryland to Virginia! K. Jennings & Associates, LLC has been with this client every step of the way, helping them secure events and critical business development opportunities.
This hybrid April event took place in Atlanta, GA. The two-day training provided an opportunity to bring together small and socioeconomic businesses and the Department of Health and Human Services acquisition community to engage in acquisition strategies and reenergizing the small business industrial base.
Kiisha supported her client GME Enterprises by attending this event and making crucial business development connections. She was joined by a member of the GME leadership team, Ynette Evans.
Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce GovCon Conference

This spring, the two partners GME Enterprises and K. Jennings & Associates attended the Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce's 2024 GovCon Conference held in Richmond on April 25th.
The GME team was delighted to also support one of its partners (Kevin Johnson of The Johnson Leadership Group) during the session Marketing and Networking Strategies - Teaming in Contracting. We were energized with the endless opportunities of engagement with industry leaders and small business stakeholders. GME Enterprises is truly evolving with a strategic path of growth in the State of Virginia!
This conference also offered impactful networking, expert speakers, and more. Small businesses had a productive day engaging with government agencies.
Federal Contractors Winter Soirée Networking Event

GME Enterprises appreciated the invite from Jennifer Schaus to the Federal Contractors Winter Soirée Networking Event. A collaborative opportunity with tremendous success in meeting with Virginia APEX Accelerator, HHS Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and small business stakeholders.

Women of Prince George's Jump Start Your Business Seminar

KJA represented client GME Enterprises at the Women of Prince George's Annual Jump Start Your Business Seminar early in 2024. Kiisha had the pleasure of engaging with small businesses and government contracting stakeholders, building community connections that often develop into lucrative contracts. Either way, it was a strong way to support brand awareness and community growth!
