CME: Better Together Quarterly Networking Mixers
2025 - 2026
The Better Together Mixer | Q2: Impact by Design brought together a dynamic group of small and mid-size business owners, corporate leaders, and community stakeholders, all aligned around one shared goal: meaningful growth through collaboration. Hosted by AQE Solutions and sponsored by Charles Mann Enterprises and Johnson Controls, this event continues to stand apart from traditional networking experiences by creating space for conversations that are both strategic and authentic.
KJA was proud to support CME in the promotion of this experience! With over 75 attendees, the evening struck a strong balance between structured dialogue and organic connection, allowing partnerships to form naturally and intentionally.
We extend our appreciation to Johnson Controls, Inc., the event’s year-long presenting sponsor, and to James Conti for his continued commitment to creating access and opportunity for small businesses. Partnerships like these are essential to sustaining ecosystems where businesses don’t just exist—but thrive.
Special recognition is also due to AQE Solutions, led by President Nycal Anthony Thompson and Director Jamila Hashil, whose leadership helped bring this vision to life. Their ability to align people, purpose, and execution is a testament to what thoughtful collaboration can achieve. We also acknowledge Sierra & Co for their seamless onsite support, ensuring an elevated and welcoming experience for all in attendance.
At its core, Better Together is more than a mixer—it is a reminder that when the right people are in the right room, real impact follows. As a firm deeply committed to relationship-building and long-term growth, KJA is honored to play a role in cultivating these spaces where connection turns into opportunity.
We look forward to continuing this work alongside CME and our extended network of partners, creating experiences that move beyond conversation and into action.
