CEO Strategy Circle Soft Launch

CEO Strategy Circle Soft Launch

May 2026

K. Jennings & Associates recently had the honor of stepping into a powerful room of founders and emerging CEOs at the soft launch of the CEO Strategy Circle, hosted at Venture X College Park.

Curated and led by Andre P. Smith, the CEO Strategy Circle Soft Launch on May 7, 2026 was not a typical networking event—it was a true boardroom experience. The invite-only session gathered growth-minded leaders who are actively building, scaling, and navigating the realities of business ownership. Rather than surface-level introductions, the room focused on honest dialogue, real challenges, and strategic thinking.

Throughout the morning, participants engaged in a facilitated strategy session designed to mirror the structure and value of a peer advisory board. Founders were encouraged to step back from the day-to-day and think like CEOs: clarifying priorities, pressure-testing decisions, and exploring new ways to lead and scale. The conversation centered around three core themes: decision-making clarity, access to a trusted circle of advisors, and the importance of having space to think, process, and grow as leaders.

One of the most impactful aspects of the experience was the intentionality. Every seat was filled by someone committed to growth, which allowed for candid conversations about risk, opportunity, and the weight of leadership. It reinforced a critical truth: growth does not happen in isolation—it happens when you are surrounded by peers who both challenge and champion you.

The setting at Venture X College Park added to the experience, providing a modern, flexible workspace environment that matched the energy of forward-thinking CEOs and founders. With space intentionally limited, the session felt intimate, focused, and high-value from start to finish.

K. Jennings & Associates is grateful to have been invited into this room for the CEO Strategy Circle Soft Launch and looks forward to the continued evolution of this powerful peer advisory experience under the leadership of Andre P. Smith.
