Sunday Morning at Savannah’s: KJA’s Role on the Advisory Board
February 2026 - Present
Kiisha Jennings, is serving on the Advisory Board for Sunday Morning at Savannah’s, a boutique bed and breakfast and retail experience in Carroll County. This role reflects KJA’s deep commitment to helping businesses grow with intention, strengthen their foundations, and build for long-term sustainability.
Supporting a CEO’s Brick-and-Mortar Vision
In April 2025, Sunday Morning at Savannah’s made a major leap—moving into a brick-and-mortar location in Carroll County and launching a new chapter for the CEO as a physical space owner. Nestled near the local Chamber and rooted in community, the bed and breakfast quickly became more than a place to stay; it evolved into a curated brand experience with retail, hospitality, and storytelling at its core.
Recognizing both the opportunity and the complexity of this next phase, the CEO assembled an advisory committee focused on business development, strategic retail decision-making, and—most importantly—business continuity and sustainability. Kiisha joined this board to provide strategic guidance, operational clarity, and a long-term lens on growth.
Bringing Structure to a Growing Brand
When KJA stepped in, Sunday Morning at Savannah’s was rich with vision but struggling with cohesiveness in daily operations. The heart and potential were there, but the systems hadn’t caught up with the growth. KJA embraced this challenge, focusing on financial advisory, operations, investment, and hospitality subject matter expertise.
To deepen the support, KJA brought in trusted partners and experts to help the CEO advance her investment and financial goals. This collaborative, concierge-style approach ensures Sunday Morning at Savannah’s has both strategic guidance and technical expertise at the table.
Building for Continuity and Sustainability
The Advisory Board meets every two weeks, guiding our next season of growth with wisdom, accountability, and perspective.
For KJA, this work is about more than one business—it’s about what it means for a Black woman CEO to own space, create a destination, and build generational value. By walking alongside her as both advisor and partner, we’re helping ensure that Sunday Morning at Savannah’s is not just a beautiful brand, but a resilient business.
