HIP: Celebrating 40 Years of Women’s Leadership in Prince George’s County
March 2026
K. Jennings & Associates (KJA) was proud to represent our client, High Impact Partners (HIP), at Prince George’s County’s 40th Annual Women’s History Luncheon on March 26, 2026. Attending on HIP’s behalf, Kiisha Jennings joined local leaders, entrepreneurs, and community advocates in celebrating the powerful legacy and ongoing impact of women who are shaping Prince George’s County and the region.
Honoring 40 Years of Women’s Leadership in Prince George’s County
The Women’s History Luncheon, hosted by the Office of the County Executive, marked four decades of recognizing the women who drive progress in government, business, education, and community leadership across Prince George’s County. The program highlighted the contributions of honorees and featured stories that underscored a shared theme: when women lead, communities thrive.
For KJA, this milestone event was about more than celebration. It was an opportunity to be present in a room where policy, partnership, and community impact intersect—especially for Black women and women of color who are often doing transformative work without sufficient visibility or support.
Representing High Impact Partners (HIP)
High Impact Partners works to deepen civic and community engagement, and KJA was honored to attend this luncheon as an extension of HIP’s team. By being in the room, we were able to:
Strengthen relationships with county leaders and community-based organizations.
Listen closely to the priorities and challenges facing women and families in Prince George’s County.
Identify opportunities where HIP’s mission and programs can align with the County’s broader efforts to uplift women and advance equity.
Attending on behalf of HIP reflects the heart of KJA’s concierge model—showing up, building trust, and being a strategic presence for our clients in the spaces that matter most to their work.
Why This Event Matters to KJA
As a Black woman–led consulting firm, K. Jennings & Associates centers relationships and long-lasting partnerships in everything we do. Being part of the 40th Women’s History Luncheon aligns deeply with our values:
Elevating and supporting Black women in business and leadership.
Staying connected to local government initiatives that shape opportunity for small businesses and communities.
Ensuring our clients are represented, heard, and positioned for meaningful collaboration.
Events like this luncheon are a reminder that real impact happens at the intersection of policy, storytelling, and proximity. KJA is committed to continuing to show up in those spaces—for our clients, for our communities, and for the next generation of women leaders watching what’s possible.
