Howard County Chamber Summer Social
July 2025
KJA was thrilled to join fellow entrepreneurs and business leaders at the Howard County Chamber’s Summer Social, held at the scenic Penn Oaks Winery on July 23, 2025. This summer gathering provided the perfect opportunity for small business owners to forge new partnerships and celebrate the power of authentic relationships in the heart of our community.
Embracing Community and Connection
With delicious bites from Tino’s Italian Bistro, refreshing gelato, and local wines flowing, the evening embodied the spirit of la dolce vita and reminded everyone how vital genuine connections are for business growth. KJA is passionate about supporting black women in business, and events like this highlight the importance of showing up, celebrating each other, and building lasting partnerships that uplift the entire community.
Why Events Like These Matter
For KJA, business isn’t just about transactions; it’s about people. The Summer Social was a testament to the strength of the small business community, where members support one another and amplify opportunities for growth and collaboration. Moments spent forging relationships and sharing successes are what set intentional, long-lasting businesses apart.
Looking Ahead
KJA remains committed to serving small businesses and championing diversity through every connection made and every partnership formed. We are grateful to the Howard County Chamber and Events Manager Brianna Scott for creating spaces where business can truly flourish in the spirit of inclusivity, warmth, and excellence.
Salute to growing together and building a legacy of support!
