During 2026 National Small Business Week, K. Jennings & Associates had the honor of attending a special celebration recognizing Ronnette Meyers, President and CEO of JLAN Solutions, as Washington, DC’s Small Business Person of the Year.
Her leadership, strategic vision, and heart for people have shaped JLAN Solutions into a trusted, high-performing partner in the federal space. This recognition from the U.S. Small Business Administration highlights years of disciplined growth, resilience, and service to clients and community. KJA also attended the event with Susan Shorters of HIP, Larry Webb of the SBA, Jackie Robinson-Burnette, and Everett Browning.
National Small Business Week, held May 3–9, shines a spotlight on entrepreneurs whose work powers local economies and creates opportunity nationwide. Being present to celebrate Ronnette’s well-deserved achievement was a powerful reminder of the impact that small business leaders have on jobs, innovation, and community strength.
