Conference Program Management & Speaking

Over the past year, several clients have called on Kiisha's expertise for successful virtual, in-person, and hybrid events. She served as moderator for the KoBE 3rd Quarter Virtual Industry Event, helped plan and facilitate the Howard Chamber's 2021 Cyber Conference, served as strategic director for a 5K race, and played a pivotal role in several other initiatives.

Client Relations, Communication & Oversight

It could be said that nothing is more critical for a business than how it treats its customers. Kiisha Jennings has a proven knack for client relations, ensuring open transparency, clear deliverables, and positive relationships across industries and sectors. Over the past year, Kiisha has helped her clients maintain strong customer relations through effective communication and problem solving.

JIDAN CLEANING - PHILADELPHIA PROJECTS (NORRIS STREET) 

  • Client Relations: communications with prospective customer in pursuit of opportunity

  • Contract negotiations

  • Final presentation to Jidan Cleaning's CEO for agreement and execution of contract

  • End Result: 4 month contract at a new apartment building for post-construction cleaning in preparation for occupancy

JIDAN CLEANING - HARRISBURG PROJECT (CAPITAL FRONT STREET)

  • Communications with customer and confirm site visit in preparation of post-construction cleaning services

  • Prepare SubK Agreement for CEO review and approval, including insurance requirements

  • Oversight of timeline and project management

  • Client Relations: pre-during-post communications to ensure subcontractor's schedule and compliance to SOW/timeline

  • Oversight of client requirements for timely payment

Internship Program & Mentoring

No person is an island! Successful business leaders must always be learning, from those more and less experienced. Kiisha firmly believes in a strong mentorship culture, so K. Jennings & Associates hosted its first business internship for Kennedy Mackall! KJA was also proud to participate in the 2nd Annual Many Hands Make Light Work mentorship fundraiser.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

  • Kennedy Mackall (2021 - Present): Provides support services via program/event/operations management; site visits and client relations. KJA also assisted with Kennedy's business plan as part of an entrepreneurship program completed in Spring 2021. Kennedy successfully launched her business in 2022.

  • PJ Roth (2023): Enhanced business operations and strengthened client portfolios through conferences, meetings, and discussions.

Construction Management & Oversight

Construction leaders face unique challenges in today's post-pandemic environment with supply and labor shortages making growth difficult. Despite these obstacles, Kiisha has been hard at work facilitating new projects for her clients across the Northeast. She's successfully helped her clients navigate project management, compliance, subcontractors, site visits, budget constraints, and tight timelines. 

JIDAN CLEANING · COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

  • Oversight of project timeline and customer relations to ensure final cleaning services are rendered in accordance with project specifications.

  • Oversight of subcontractors (Angel Companion) to ensure adequate labor force is available for the requested cleaning services.

  • Contract compliance: Required certifications (Prime and Subs) including Prevailing Wage Requirements, Punch List, and preparing SubK Agreements for CEO review and execution.

  • Site visits to meet with Project Manager and Supervisor for review of project's progression, change in schedules, and development of new timeliness as necessary.

  • Budget Oversight: Ensures contract's agreed-upon pricing is maintained and notifications to client for any changes in services that may impact costs.

  • Oversight of client's requirements for timely payments.
